- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of pilgrims.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and work in crowded and challenging environments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while dealing with challenging situations.
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Hajj rituals and previous experience in Hajj operations is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work long hours and irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays.
